Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Funktion mit viel Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen, bringst deine Ideen ein und kannst aktiv etwas bewegen. Dabei bist du nah am Tagesgeschäft und packst dort mit an, wo dein Einsatz gefragt ist.

Dein zukünftiges Wirkungsfeld ##

  • Verantwortung für den Projekteinkauf von der technischen Übergabe bis zur termingerechten Materialbereitstellung für die Montage
  • Einholen und Bewerten von Angeboten sowie Führen von Preis- und Terminverhandlungen und Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten
  • Selbstständige Bestellabwicklung, Terminüberwachung und Eskalationsmanagement bei Lieferabweichungen
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für laufende Projekte sowie für den Kundendienst und das Ersatzteilgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für die Materialbewirtschaftung, Disposition und Materialbedarfsplanung sowie die Pflege von Dispositionsdaten und Lagerbeständen
  • Pflege von Artikel-, Lieferanten- und Stücklistendaten sowie Mitwirkung bei Änderungen und Optimierungen im ERP-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Engineering, Produktion, Montage und Kundendienst zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Projektabwicklung

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projekt- oder Industrieeinkauf
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Materialplanung, Disposition, Produktionssteuerung sowie Produktionsabläufen und Fertigungstechnologien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-/PPS-Systemen und MS Office; Kenntnisse von AP+ sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der interdisziplinären und standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Resilienz und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
