Als weltweit agierendes Unternehmen, das ganz klare Wachstumsziele verfolgt, benötigen wir Mitarbeitende, die sich und die Firma weiterbringen möchten. Für unseren Standort St. Gallen suchen wir dich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Technischer Sachbearbeiter Modernisierungen (w/m/d) 100%.

In dieser Funktion bist du für die kaufmännische und technische Abwicklung von Modernisierungsaufträgen im Bereich automatische Türsysteme verantwortlich und stellst eine termingerechte sowie wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Auftragsabwicklung sicher.

Deine Aufgaben

- Du bist verantwortlich für die kaufmännische und technische Abwicklung von Modernisierungsaufträgen im Bereich automatische Türsysteme.

- Ausarbeitung von Offerten und Aufträgen für die Modernisation automatischer Türsysteme.

- Du stellst sicher, dass die Aufträge wirtschaftlich erfolgreich für das Unternehmen abgeschlossen werden.

- Kaufmännische und technische Klärung bei allfälligen Abweichungen zum Angebot in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Account Manager.

- Terminverantwortung.

- Verrechnen von Aufträgen und Zusatzaufträgen.

- Stellvertretung für die Bearbeitung von Wartungsverträgen.,

- Reklamationsmanagement.

- Stammdatenpflege.

 

Dein Profil

- Technische Berufsbildung mit Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich.

- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.

- Flair für Technik.

- Organisationstalent und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office & SAP-Kenntnisse).

- Kundenorientierte, selbständige und motivierte Persönlichkeit.

- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

- Freundliches Auftreten und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
