In dieser vielseitigen Position verbinden Sie technisches Know\-how mit direktem Kundenkontakt und vertrieblichem Engagement. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für technische und vertriebliche Fragestellungen unserer Kunden in der Schweiz und unterstützen diese von der Beratung über die technische Lösungsfindung bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort. Ihre Hauptaufgaben Technische und vertriebliche Betreuung unserer Kunden in der Schweiz – sowohl vom Standort als auch im Außendienst Beratung von Kunden zu unseren Produkten, Systemlösungen und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten Bearbeitung technischer Kundenanfragen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Sicherheitssystemen Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration von Sicherheitssystemen und Auswahl geeigneter Systemkomponenten Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Unterstützung beim weiteren Ausbau unseres Marktes Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen internen Bereichen Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung Was Sie mitbringen Technische Grundausbildung mit EFZ, beispielsweise als Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in, Elektroinstallateur/in für Geräte und Systeme oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Optimalerweise zusätzliche Weiterbildung als Technischer /Technische Kauffrau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Optimalerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, Gefahrenmeldetechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld Erfahrung im technischen Support, technischen Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Position von Vorteil Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie Interesse an vertrieblichen Aufgaben Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikative, zuverlässige und proaktive Persönlichkeit Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office\-Anwendungen und gute IT\-Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Kundenbesuchen und Außendiensttätigkeiten innerhalb der Schweiz Führerausweis der Kategorie B Was Sie erwarten dürfen Verantwortungsvolle Position im Zukunftsmarkt Sicherheitstechnik Eine vielseitige Tätigkeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Einarbeitung Direkter Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und kurze Entscheidungswege Interessante und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Innen\- und Außendienst Eine flache Hierarchie mit offener Kommunikation Ein solides, wachstumsorientiertes Familienunternehmen Social Benefit: BVG wird 100% vom Arbeitgeber übernommen Geschäftsfahrzeug jpidd616feejm jit0937jm jiy26jm
