Le Service de l-action sociale regroupe l-Office de coordination des prestations sociales, l-Office de coordination pour les questions dans le domaine du handicap et l-Office de l-asile.

 

Vos tâches

  • Vous assurez la gestion des dossiers et le suivi social individualisé des références qui vous sont attribuées et rédigez les rapports et documents nécessaires
  • Vous évaluez les besoins des bénéficiaires et les accompagnez dans leurs démarches sociales et administratives, en favorisant leur autonomie et leur autodétermination
  • Vous mettez en œuvre un case management visant à soutenir leur parcours de formation et leur intégration sociale et professionnelle
  • Vous coordonnez les interventions avec les partenaires du réseau social, médical, éducatif et de formation

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un Bachelor en travail social (reconnaissance SEFRI pour les diplômes étrangers) ; un diplôme de praticien formateur serait un atout
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du système de l-asile, des assurances sociales et des normes d-application des directives et normes de l-aide sociale
  • Vous avez d-excellentes capacités d-adaptation, d-écoute et de communication, de même qu-une aptitude prononcée à travailler en équipe
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, de l-organisation et une bonne capacité d-analyse dans les situations complexes
  • Langue maternelle française
  • La connaissance d-autres langues serait un atout

Entrée en fonction - Conditions particulières

  • Date d-entrée : 1er novembre ou à convenir
  • Engagement de durée déterminée : la durée du contrat est liée aux variations du nombre de personnes que le canton à l-obligation d-accueillir en vertu de la loi fédérale sur l-asile
