MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Prendre en charge des patients stables
  • Collaborer étroitement au sein d-une équipe pluridisciplinaire et travailler en binôme complice avec l-équipe infirmière
  • Prodiguer des soins variés et personnalisés sous délégation infirmière, de manière responsable et autonome selon le cahier des charges
  • Assurer la continuité des soins en effectuant des transmissions, écrites et orales, fluides et rigoureuses

COMPÉTENCES - EXIGENCES REQUISES

  • Posséder un CFC d-assistant.e en soins et santé communautaire
  • Avoir une expérience dans les soins aigus, particulièrement en Médecine serait un atout
  • Faire preuve de dynamisme et de motivation
  • Être orienté.e esprit d-équipe et flexibilité
  • Posséder des qualités de communication, des capacités d-adaptation et le sens des responsabilités
