La Fondation Coup d'Pouce est active depuis plus de 25 ans dans les loisirs et l-accompagnement des personnes avec une déficience et/ou des troubles du spectre de l-autisme.

Dans le cadre de son Service d-Assistance à l-Intégration Pré et Parascolaire (AIPP), la Fondation Coup d-Pouce collabore avec les structures d-accueil afin de soutenir l-inclusion d-enfants à besoins éducatifs particuliers au sein des collectifs éducatifs.

Pour un mandat auprès de la Fondation des structures d-accueil de l-enfance de La Tour-de-Peilz (FSAT), nous recherchons :

Un·e éducateur·trice de l-enfance (ES/HES/ASE/APE) - soutien à l-accueil inclusif

Taux d-activité : 9.6 % annualisé, 4.75 h par semaine les lundis Type de contrat : contrat à durée maximale Entrée en fonction : 01.11.2026 ou à convenir Région : La Tour-de-Peilz Structures concernées : parascolaire

Mission : En tant que ressource supplémentaire, vous soutenez l-équipe éducative dans l-accueil inclusif d-un groupe comprenant un ou plusieurs enfant(s) avec des besoins éducatifs particuliers. Votre intervention s-inscrit dans le fonctionnement du collectif et vise à favoriser la participation, le bien-être et la sécurité de l-ensemble des enfants.

Profil souhaité :

  • Expérience dans l-accompagnement de personnes avec une déficience et/ou des troubles du spectre de l-autisme
  • Bonne capacité d-empathie, aisance relationnelle et bienveillance dans le contact avec les enfants,
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et capacités d-adaptation
  • Grande disponibilité et flexibilité au niveau des horaires (horaires coupés)
  • Être en accord avec les lignes pédagogique de la FSAT
  • Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents partenaires
