Un·e éducateur·trice entre 80 et 90%

L’Association de la Maison des Jeunes s’est donnée pour mission d’accueillir, encadrer et accompagner des jeunes dans leurs difficultés, pour qu’ils gagnent en autonomie. Le Foyer MDJ accueille, en chambres individuelles, une vingtaine d’adolescents et adolescentes, âgés de 15 à 18 ans.

• Vous êtes… :

Au bénéfice d’un diplôme d’éducateur social HES ou d’un titre jugé équivalent (reconnaissance SEFRI obligatoire pour les diplômes étrangers) et pouvez justifier de plusieurs années de pratique en internat, auprès d’ Votre expérience, votre calme, votre dynamisme sont des atouts importants. En raison de notre domaine d’activité auprès de mineurs, votre casier judiciaire doit être vierge. Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire et disposez d’un véhicule.

• Travailler au Foyer MDJ comme é c’est …

\- Assurer un suivi éducatif individuel et collectif de qualité, en respectant le programme pédagogique (rôle de référence et co\-référence, comptes rendus oraux et écrits sur le travail éducatif, gestion des budgets des jeunes, …),

\- Réaliser des tâches comprises dans la plage horaire de travail (surveillance générale, participation aux repas, visite des chambres, réveils, …)

\- Organiser et participer à des activités de groupe particulières (camps, sorties, etc…)

\- Garantir les règles et l’état de propreté du lieu de vie,

\- Participer aux colloques, supervisions et commissions diverses,

\- Participer au développement et à la stabilisation de la prestation (participation à des groupes de travail, formation continue, etc…)
