About Our Client ##

Notre client est une société financière en charge des prestations pour plusieurs organismes professionnels à Genève.

Job Description ##

  • Accompagnement, information des assurés lors de leur demande d'affiliation ;
  • Information des entreprises lors de leurs questions sur les prestations ;
  • Création, saisie des demandes, vérification des pièces justificatives et assurance de la bonne application des calculs des prestations ;
  • Établissement des décisions, versements et paiements des prestations sociales conventionnelles et/ou allocations familiales ;
  • Correspondances et renseignements téléphonique avec les entreprises ou les bénéficiaires ;
  • Collaboration avec les autres départements internes ;
  • Communication des problématiques aux administrateurs caisses ;
  • Participation aux séances diverses ;
  • Suivi des évolutions réglementaires et législatives ;
  • Réflexion, mise en œuvre, application et communication sur les évolutions réglementaires ;
  • Participation à la mise à jour et au développement du système informatique interne ;
  • Rédaction et mise à jour des processus et procédures du service ;
  • Divers reportings ;
  • Formation des nouveaux collaborateurs ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Bénéfice d'un brevet "Spécialiste en assurances sociales" ou du moins attestation de suivi des cours + expérience ;
  • Solides expériences professionnelles et expertise avérée dans la gestion des prestations d'allocation familiale ou prestations sociales conventionnelles ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise d'autres langues comme un atout ;
  • Habitude de travailler de manière structurée, en équipe et orientation clients et solutions ;
  • Organisé(e) et précis(e) ;
  • Grande aisance relationnelle et preuve de diplomatie et d'entregent ;
  • Grande éthique professionnelle ;
  • A l'aise avec les chiffres et les outils informatiques usuels (bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des fichiers .csv) ;
  • Disponible rapidement.
