AxelCare offre ses services dans les domaines respiratoires et de la nutrition artificielle, aux patients à domicile et en institutions.

Nous recherchons, pour compléter notre équipe Service Patients :

Une ou Un Spécialiste Facturation

Contrat à durée déterminée d’environ 5 mois à 100%

De suite

VOS MISSIONS

  • Contrôler la facturation aux caisses maladies et/ou aux patients
  • Traiter les refus des caisses maladies
  • Traiter les rappels de facturation
  • Tenir à jour les informations des patients concernant les validités des assurances
  • Traiter les demandes reçues par e\-mail
  • Entretenir une bonne collaboration avec les différents partenaires internes et externes

VOTRE PROFIL

  • CFC d’assistant(e) en pharmacie ou CFC employé(e) de commerce
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et facilité d’apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels
  • Autonomie et esprit d’équipe
  • Proactivité et implication
  • Connaissance du suisse allemand, un atout
