Werde Teil unseres Governance & Service Management Team in der Operations & Technology Division des Asset Management und gestalte mit uns ein professionelles, transparentes und zukunftsorientiertes Vendor- und Contract Management. Möchtest Du aktiv dazu beitragen, ein professionelles und zukunftsorientiertes Vendor- und Contract Management im Asset Management weiterzuentwickeln? Als Teil des Governance & Service Management (GSM) Teams arbeitest Du eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Business, IT, Governance, Procurement sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen. Du unterstützt die Steuerung von Lieferantenbeziehungen, Verträgen sowie Software- und Market-Data-Services und trägst zu Transparenz, Compliance und wirtschaftlicher Effizienz bei. Dabei wirkst Du an kommerziellen Optimierungsinitiativen mit, berätst interne Stakeholder. Bring dein volles Potenzial ein: Obwohl die Stelle bereits ab 50 % möglich ist, suchen wir idealerweise eine Verstärkung mit einem Pensum von 80-100%.

Was du bewirkst ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten- und Service-Provider-Beziehungen im Umfeld von Software-, Market-Data- und IT-Services
  • Steuerung des gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus von Verhandlungen über Verlängerungen bis hin zu Vertragsanpassungen und Kündigungen
  • Überwachung von Service Levels, KPIs, SLAs und vertraglichen Verpflichtungen sowie Koordination von Eskalationen mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Steuerung von Software- und Market-Data-Verträgen, Lizenzmodellen, kommerziellen Reviews sowie Kostenoptimierungsmassnahmen und Management-Reportings
  • Beratung interner Stakeholder sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen, interner Kontrollen und relevanter FINMA-, DORA- und Prüfungsstandards

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vendor Management, Contract Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschafts oder IT Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Software-, SaaS-, Outsourcing- oder Market-Data-Anbietern
  • Verständnis für Software-Lizenzmodelle sowie Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeitennalytische Denkweise und Interesse an kommerziellen Fragestellungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
