Gemeinsam mit unseren interdisziplinären Teams leisten wir täglich einen wichtigen Beitrag für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie die medizinische Zukunft. Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz. Unsere über 8'600 Mitarbeitenden und rund 700 Auszubildende setzen sich täglich für das Wohl unserer Patient:innen ein. ###

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Leistungsmanagement und -controlling der Klinik
  • Bearbeitung von Beschwerdefällen sowie Rückweisungen seitens der Versicherer
  • Erstellung klinikinterner Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Kalkulation und Überwachung von Patientendepots
  • Abwicklung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenrechnungen
  • Unterstützung der Klinikmanagerin bei internen und spitalweiten Projekten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung in den zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereichen
  • Stellvertretung innerhalb des Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office insb. Excel (Kenntnisse in Klinikinformationssystemen, SAP von Vorteil)
  • Affinität zu Zahlen und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter, zielorientierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
  • Flexibilität und Motivation, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld proaktiv mitzuwirken
