Unsere Erdbauabteilung arbeitet bodenständig, direkt und lösungsorientiert. Als Vorarbeiter übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle auf unseren Baustellen und sorgen gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass die Arbeiten sicher, effizient und fachgerecht ausgeführt werden.

Für unsere Baustellen in den Regionen ZH/AG/ZG suchen wir Verstärkung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Baustellenführung: Selbstständige Organisation und Führung unserer Erdbau\-Baustellen vor Ort
  • Teamführung: Koordination, Anleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden und Maschinisten auf der Baustelle
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung: Planung der täglichen Arbeiten sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Baustellenablaufs
  • Koordination: Abstimmung mit Polier, Bauherrschaft, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Qualität \& Sicherheit: Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Ausführung sowie Einhaltung der Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Rapportwesen: Korrektes und termingerechtes Erfassen von Leistungen, Material und Arbeitsstunden
  • Mitarbeit: Aktive Unterstützung des Teams und, wo nötig, Mithilfe bei den täglichen Arbeiten auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Erdbau, idealerweise bereits als Vorarbeiter oder mit entsprechender Führungsverantwortung
  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauhauptgewerbe oder vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation
  • Führung: Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, können Mitarbeitende anleiten und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbstständig, zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert und gut organisiert
  • Fachwissen: Gute Kenntnisse im Erdbau sowie im Lesen und Umsetzen von Plänen und Höhenangaben
  • Teamgeist: Sie arbeiten gerne mit anderen zusammen, kommunizieren direkt und packen bei Bedarf selbst mit an
  • Führerausweis: Kat. B, idealerweise mit eigenem Fahrzeug
  • Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation auf der Baustelle und mit Projektbeteiligten
