Für unseren Standort in Birsfelden BL suchen wir eine\*n

Hier kannst Du etwas bewegen:

  • Du*hältst die Werkstatt auf Kurs:* Du planst und organisierst Wartungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren Hubarbeitsbühnen und weiteren Geräten – und packst selbst mit an
  • Du*übernimmst Führung:* Du führst Deine Teamkollegen fachlich und personell und sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit im Werkstattalltag
  • Du gehst Fehlern auf den Grund: Mit modernen Diagnosegeräten prüfst Du unsere Maschinen systematisch auf Störungen und Sicherheitsmängel. Mit Deinen Qualitätskontrollen stellst Du sicher, dass sie einsatzbereit sind
  • Du bist auch vor Ort gefragt: Bei Störungen und Pannen unterstützt Du unsere Kundschaft direkt am Einsatzort – mit einem top ausgestatteten Servicewagen
  • Du sorgst für reibungslose Übergaben: Du stellst die Ausgabe und Rücknahme unserer Arbeitsbühnen sicher und hilfst mit, unsere Mietkundschaft in die Bedienung einzuweisen
  • Du behältst das Ganze im Blick: Bei organisatorischen Fragen und Themen rund um die Infrastruktur am Standort Birsfelden bist Du die Ansprechperson

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in einem mechanischen Beruf, zum Beispiel als Auto\-, Lastwagen\-, Landmaschinen\- oder Baumaschinenmechanikerin oder Mechatronikerin
  • Freude an moderner Technik und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen. Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik und Elektronik sind ein Plus
  • Lust auf Führungsverantwortung. Erfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams ist von Vortei
  • Teamgeist und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind willkommen
  • Den Führerausweis der Kategorie B, idealerweise zusätzlich BE und C
  • Einen Staplerfahrerausweis – oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
