Bei Rent an Accountant sind wir auf Online Treuhand Services und Unternehmensberatung spezialisiert. Neben etablierten Architekturbüros gehören innovative Startups zu unseren Kund\*innen. Mit cloud\-basierter Software und digitalem, vernetztem Arbeiten gestalten wir Buchhaltung für unsere Klientel einfacher, effizienter und aktueller. Wir liefern exakte Zahlen dank unserer Routine und Expertise.

Deine Aufgaben

  • selbständiges Führen von Lohn\- und Finanzbuchhaltungen nach Abschluss der Einarbeitungsphase
  • Erstellung von MWST\- und Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung der Mandatsleidenden bei der Kundenbetreuung
  • Vorbereitung von Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung von Steuererklärungen

Dein Profil

  • Quereinsteiger oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Berufserfahrung optional
  • erfahren im Rechnungswesen \- oder motiviert es zu werden
  • analytische, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • belastbar, gut strukturiert, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert
  • stilsicheres Deutsch (Muttersprache, C2\)
  • stilsicheres Englisch (B2\+)
