Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen sowohl vor Ort als auch per Remotezugriff
  • Einrichtung, Pflege und Optimierung von Netzwerken sowie Firewalls
  • Technischer Support für verkehrstechnische Applikationen und Benutzer
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows-, Linux- und virtualisierten Systemumgebungen
  • Begleitung von Software-Releases sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
  • Durchführung regelmässiger System- und Sicherheitsupdates
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Umsetzung neuer technischer Lösungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Technik sowie eine ergänzende IT-Weiterbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Linux- und Windows-Systemen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien
  • Bereitschaft, sich in verkehrstechnische Anwendungen einzuarbeiten und kontinuierlich weiterzubilden
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Führerausweis der Kategorie B
  • Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
