Unser Team Digital Workplace Engineering betreibt zentrale Services wie Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und Exchange Online sowie die dazugehörigen Shared Services. Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Purview im Microsoft-365-Umfeld mit und fühlst dich in der technischen Umsetzung und im Betrieb von Security- und Compliance-Lösungen zu Hause. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen stellst du sicher, dass unsere Microsoft-365-Plattform sicher, stabil und regelkonform weiterentwickelt wird.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Engineering und Betrieb der Microsoft-365-Plattform (Shared Services) mit Security-Fokus, unter anderem Security- und Compliance-Policies, CIS Benchmarks, Defender-Detection-Regeln, Entra-Rollen- und Gruppenmodelle, Servicehärtungen sowie WIZ-SSPM-Konfigurationen
  • Betreiben und Weiterentwickeln von Microsoft-Purview-Funktionen (z.B. DLP, Information Protection, Audit, eDiscovery) und Azure RMS gemäss vorgegebenen Richtlinien
  • Konfigurieren, Betreiben und Überwachen von Compliance Recording, insbesondere für Microsoft Teams
  • Automatisieren und Standardisieren von sicheren Microsoft-365-Konfigurationen (z.B. Tenant, Defender, Purview, Teams) mit PowerShell, Microsoft Graph und M365-Bordmitteln
  • Bearbeiten von Incidents, Changes, Microsoft Messages (Evergreening) und Service Requests im Bereich Microsoft-365-Plattform (Shared Services), Defender XDR und Purview
  • Eng mit Security- und Compliance-Teams zusammenarbeiten und deine technische Expertise einbringen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft-365-sicherheitsrelevanten Shared Services (Entra ID, Defender XDR, Purview) sowie Microsoft-365-Services wie Teams, SharePoint Online und Exchange Online
  • Umfassende Praxis mit Microsoft Purview im M365-Umfeld, insbesondere DLP, Information Protection, Policy- und Label-Management sowie idealerweise Audit und eDiscovery
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Security- und Compliance-Mechanismen im M365-Kontext, einschliesslich Security- und Compliance-Policies, CIS Benchmarks, Defender-Detection-Regeln, Entra-Rollen- und Gruppenmodellen, Servicehärtungen sowie WIZ-SSPM
  • Erfahrung mit Scripting und Automatisierung, insbesondere mit PowerShell im M365- und Security-Kontext
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Compliance Recording im Microsoft-365-/Teams-Umfeld ist ein Pluspunkt
  • Du punktest mit ausgeprägtem Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, einer analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Team
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
