Vi söker nu en HR Business Partner för ett konsultuppdrag hos vår kund, ett internationellt företag i stark tillväxt. Här får du en central roll i att utveckla organisationen och stärka verksamhetens förutsättningar att nå sina affärsmål. Du arbetar nära chefer, ledningsgrupper och HR-kollegor med fokus på kompetensförsörjning, ledarskap och förändring.

Om uppdraget

Som HR Business Partner omsätter du verksamhetens affärsmål till hållbara HR-strategier och konkreta aktiviteter. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt utvecklingsarbete med operativt chefsstöd, där du bidrar till en arbetsplats som skapar förutsättningar för engagemang, utveckling och goda prestationer.

Du blir en del av ett erfaret HR Business Partner-team med drygt 20 kollegor, där samarbete, kunskapsdelning och utveckling står i fokus.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Vara ett strategiskt och operativt stöd till chefer och ledningsgrupper.
  • Driva och utveckla arbetet med strategisk kompetensförsörjning.
  • Coacha och stödja chefer inom performance management, talent management och ledarskapsutveckling.
  • Arbeta med organisationsutveckling och förändringsledning.
  • Bidra till att attrahera, utveckla och behålla rätt kompetens.
  • Använda People Analytics som underlag för beslut och insatser inom både strategiskt och operativt HR-arbete.
  • Samarbeta med övriga HR Business Partners och HR-funktioner för att omsätta företagets övergripande HR-strategi i praktiken.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Flera års erfarenhet som HR Business Partner, med minst tre år i rollen, gärna från en verksamhet med tydligt affärsfokus och resultatansvar.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta som en del av en ledningsgrupp.
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av förändringsledning, ledarskapsutveckling, medarbetarengagemang och strategisk kompetensförsörjning.
  • Erfarenhet av att använda People Analytics i både strategiskt och operativt HR-arbete.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
  • B-körkort, då resor i tjänsten förekommer.

Du är en trygg och affärsorienterad HR Business Partner som har lätt för att bygga förtroendefulla relationer med chefer, ledare, fackliga representanter och kollegor. Du förstår verksamhetens behov och kombinerar ett strategiskt perspektiv med förmågan att driva aktiviteter framåt och skapa konkreta resultat.

Du kommunicerar tydligt, arbetar strukturerat och har ett stort intresse för att utveckla människor och organisationer. Vi värdesätter att du är självgående och initiativtagande, samtidigt som du trivs med att samarbeta och dela kunskap. Gott omdöme och hög integritet är centralt i rollen.
