Job&Talent France, recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim), un Assistant administratif logistique H/F à WISSOUS pour son client dans le secteur de l'agroalimentaire.

Vos Missions principales

En lien avec le responsable d'exploitation et les équipes opérationnelles, vous participez au bon fonctionnement administratif de l'activité logistique.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des documents administratifs liés à l'exploitation.
  • Effectuer la saisie et la mise à jour des données sur les outils informatiques.
  • Contrôler la cohérence et la conformité des informations figurant sur les documents.
  • Participer au suivi administratif des flux de marchandises.
  • Assurer le classement et l'archivage des documents.
  • Contribuer à la traçabilité administrative des opérations logistiques.
  • Transmettre les informations nécessaires aux différents interlocuteurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers et participer à la bonne circulation des informations entre les équipes.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35H hebdomadaires
  • Jours travaillés : Du lundi au samedi
  • Horaires de travail : À définir selon l'organisation du service

Profil recherché

Vous disposez d'une première expérience en assistanat administratif, idéalement dans un environnement logistique, transport, exploitation ou agroalimentaire.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et êtes à l'aise avec la saisie informatique et le traitement de documents.

Nous recherchons une personne :

  • Organisée, rigoureuse et méthodique.
  • Réactive et polyvalente.
  • Dotée d'un bon relationnel.
  • Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Autonome et à l'aise dans un environnement opérationnel.

Une connaissance des documents de transport, de la gestion des flux ou de la traçabilité logistique serait un véritable plus.
