Job&Talent France, recrute en contrat de travail temporaire (mission d'intérim), un Ordonnanceur logistique H/F – Agroalimentaire à WISSOUS {VILLE A RENSEIGNER} pour son client dans le secteur agroalimentaire..

Vos Missions principales

Rattaché(e) au responsable d'exploitation, vous assurez l'organisation et la coordination des opérations logistiques afin de garantir la fluidité de l'activité.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Organiser et planifier les opérations de préparation de commandes en fonction des besoins et des priorités.
  • Répartir et ordonnancer les tâches entre les différentes équipes opérationnelles.
  • Anticiper et gérer les priorités en fonction des volumes, des délais et des contraintes clients.
  • Suivre l'avancement des préparations et veiller au respect des délais impartis.
  • Coordonner les activités entre les préparateurs de commandes, les contrôleurs et les agents de quai.
  • Adapter les priorités en fonction des imprévus et des aléas opérationnels.
  • Veiller à la bonne fluidité des flux de marchandises.
  • Prendre en compte les spécificités liées aux produits frais et fragiles, notamment les exigences de qualité, de conservation et de respect de la chaîne du froid.
  • Assurer la transmission des informations nécessaires entre les équipes et le responsable d'exploitation.
  • Identifier les éventuels dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions adaptées.

Horaires

  • Durée de travail : 35h hebdomadaires
  • Jours travaillés: du lundi au samedi
  • Horaires de travail : À définir selon l'organisation de l'exploitation

Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en ordonnancement, planification logistique, gestion de flux ou coordination d'activité dans un environnement logistique.

Une expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire, la grande distribution ou la logistique de produits frais serait particulièrement appréciée.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement les outils informatiques de suivi d'activité et disposez d'une bonne capacité d'analyse.

  • Dotée d'une bonne capacité d'anticipation.
  • Réactive face aux imprévus et aux changements de priorités.
  • À l'aise dans la coordination de plusieurs interlocuteurs.
  • Capable de prendre des décisions rapidement.
  • Dotée d'un bon relationnel et d'un véritable esprit d'équipe.

Votre capacité à avoir une vision globale de l'exploitation et à optimiser l'organisation des flux sera essentielle pour réussir sur ce poste.
