1. Разрабатывать и внедрять технологические процессы изготовления, сборки и ремонта деталей, узлов и агрегатов продукции. 2. Разрабатывать технологическую документацию (маршрутные, операционные карты, технологические инструкции) в соответствии с ЕСТД. 3. Нормировать трудозатраты: определять нормы времени (нормо-часы), нормы расхода материалов, комплектующих и инструмента. 4. Выбирать и заказывать технологическое оборудование, оснастку, приспособления и инструмент; рассчитывать загрузку и производственные мощности. 5. Согласовывать конструкторскую документацию на технологичность; вносить предложения по изменению конструкции. 6. Контролировать соблюдение технологической дисциплины на производственных участках. 7. Анализировать причины брака и несоответствий, разрабатывать и внедрять корректирующие мероприятия. 8. Внедрять новые технологии, методы обработки и элементы автоматизации производственных процессов. 9. Участвовать в опытном производстве, пусконаладке и испытаниях новых изделий. 10. Взаимодействовать с конструкторским, сервисным и отделом качества; вести производственную документацию.
