Вакансия компании ОБЩЕСТВО С ОГРАНИЧЕННОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬЮ "ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ КВАЛИФИКАЦИЯ" «Что делать Квалификация» — это ведущий лицензированный учебный центр в Москве, специализирующийся на повышении квалификации и проф. переподготовке бухгалтеров, юристов и кадровиков. Центр предлагает семинары, курсы (в том числе «1С») и подписки на обучение, являясь аккредитованным партнером ИПБ России и АССА. Ваша работа будет заключаться в следующем: - Продажа образовательных услуг (семинары, курсы переподготовки, форумы) по готовой базе. - Проведение телефонных переговоров с первыми лицами: главными бухгалтерами, финансовыми директорами, руководителями HR-департаментов. - Закрытие сделки и передача лояльного клиента в отдел обслуживания. - Выполнение KPI по количеству качественных переговоров (в среднем 25 звонков в день). Требования: - Имеете опыт в продажах (особенно в сфере услуг или B2B). - Обладаете «деловой хваткой», умеете работать с возражениями и любите доводить дело до результата. - Стрессоустойчивы и настойчивы (в хорошем смысле слова). - Ищете стабильную работу в надежной компании на долгий срок. Условия: - Доход: на старте оклад 50 000 руб. + % от выручки + 10 000 руб. за выполнение норматива по звонкам. Средний доход менеджера от 70 000 и выше. - Карьерный трек: реальная перспектива роста до заместителя или руководителя группы. - График: классика 5/2 (суббота, воскресенье и праздники — всегда выходные). - Оформление: официальное по ТК РФ с первого рабочего дня. - Выплаты: белая заработная плата, выплаты 3 раза в месяц. - База клиентов: мы предоставляем базу клиентов. Вам не нужно тратить время на поиск контактов — только продажи! - Забота о новичках: 3 дня интенсивного обучения, чтобы вы чувствовали себя уверенно. - Дружный коллектив и поддержка: у нас работают профессионалы, которые всегда помогут.
