Поиск и привлечение новых клиентов (В основном B2B, также B2C); Продажа услуг по установке, обслуживанию и модернизации систем безопасности; Проведение встреч, переговоров и презентаций, подготовка коммерческих предложений; Заключение договоров и сопровождение сделок на всех этапах с оформлением сопутствующей документацией; Развитие и поддержание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами; Координация запуска проектов совместно с техническим отделом; Выполнение KPI и плановых показателей.

Опыт работы в продажах B2B от 2 лет (желательно в ЧОО, строительстве, слаботочке и смежных сферах); Умение вести переговоры и выстраивать доверительные отношения с клиентами; Грамотная устная и письменная речь; Активная жизненная позиция, самостоятельность, ориентация на результат; Навыки работы с CRM и офисными программами; Готовность к обучению и развитию в сфере охранных систем.

На данный момент находимся в поиске опытного менеджера по продажам, который сможет не только расти с компанией, но и повлияет на положительную динамику продаж компании. Условия: Работу в надежной и стабильной компании с большой историей, которая не является стартапом или "однодневкой"; График работы 5/2 пн - пт 9:00 - 18:00, офис или удаленно; Систему мотивации, состоящую из окладной части и KPI. Совокупный доход от 90 тысяч рублей с возможностью увеличения дохода; Возможность карьерного роста до старшего менеджера и руководителя отдела продаж; Предлагаем разные варианты трудоустройства, в том числе по ТК; Адекватное руководство, готовое к содействию в реализации ваших идей и предложений; Возможность предлагать идеи и менять отдел продаж в лучшую сторону.
