активный поиск и привлечение новых корпоративных клиентов (B2B); обработка входящих заявок и консультирование по продуктам/услугам компании; проведение переговоров (встречи, звонки, онлайн‑презентации) и выявление потребностей клиента; подготовка коммерческих предложений и расчёт индивидуальных условий; ведение сделок от первого контакта до подписания договора и отгрузки/оказания услуги; выполнение плановых показателей по объёму продаж и конверсии; поддержание и развитие долгосрочных отношений с существующей клиентской базой; работа с возражениями и решение спорных ситуаций; актуализация базы клиентов и внесение данных в CRM‑систему; анализ рынка и конкурентов, предоставление обратной связи отделу маркетинга.

опыт активных продаж в B2B‑сегменте (желательно в схожей сфере); понимание цикла продаж и специфики работы с юридическими лицами; навыки ведения переговоров и заключения договоров; умение выявлять потребности клиента и предлагать релевантные решения; грамотная устная и письменная речь; уверенное владение ПК, CRM‑системами (например, Битрикс24, amoCRM), офисным пакетом (Excel, Word); нацеленность на результат, стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность; высшее/среднее специальное образование (профильное преимущество).
