1. Подготавливает исходные данные для составления проектов хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности учреждения и его структурных подразделений. 3. Выполняет расчеты по необходимым материальным, трудовым и финансовым затратам. 4. Формирует структуру цены, определение цен на предоставление услуг 5. Участвует в формировании и использовании средств учреждения, проводит анализ их структуры и движения; отслеживает расходование бюджетных средств; 6. Обеспечивает соблюдение режима экономии. Анализирует исполнение плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, оперативную и бухгалтерскую (финансовую) отчетность по финансовой деятельности. 7. Участвует в разработке нормативной и методической документации, регламентирующей финансовую деятельность учреждения. 8. Участвует в составлении статистической отчетности, отчетности с целью внутреннего контроля и для вышестоящих и надзорных организаций, подготовке квартальной, годовой бухгалтерской отчетности. 9. Осуществляет прием и комплексную проверку первичных учетных документов о фактах хозяйственной жизни учреждения по оказанным услугам, выполненным работам. Осуществляет разделение их по КФО, КБК, КОСГУ; сканирование документов и прикрепление их в ЕЦИС, в том числе извещений на проведение конкурсных процедур, информации о заключенных контрактах, контракты, уведомления о несостоявшейся процедуре, информации об изменении контрактов или их распоряжений. Учет банковских гарантий (предоставление скан-образов). 10. Выявляет случаи нарушений ответственными лицами графика документооборота и порядок преставления первичных учетных документов и информирует об этом руководителя учреждения. 11. Участвует в оформлении материалов для заключения договоров, осуществлении контроля за сроками выполнения договорных обязательств, формировании актов выполненных работ. 12. Обеспечивает сохранность первичных учетных документов до передачи их в архив и участвует в подготовке первичных учетных документов для передачи в архив. Участвует в изготовлении копий первичных учетных документов, в том числе в случае их изъятия уполномоченными органами в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. Обеспечивает данными для проведения инвентаризации активов и обязательств учреждения в соответствии с учетной политикой. 13. Осуществляет взаимодействие с централизованной бухгалтерией, в том числе осуществляет подбор и оформление первичных документов для оплаты, их сканирование, направление в единой действующей информационной системе в форме скан-образа, оформление задач для централизованной бухгалтерии. 14. Подготавливает периодическую отчетность в установленные сроки. 15. Выполняет своевременное размещение информации на сайте www.bus.gov.ru
