The posting

Осуществляет ежедневное руководство средним и младшим медперсоналом подстанции, составляет и контролирует графики работы и сменности сотрудников. Оформляет больничные листы и табель учета рабочего времени. Обеспечивает подстанцию и бригады медикаментами, аппаратурой, санитарным имуществом. Изучает потребности, организует получение, распределение, списание и ремонт медицинской техники. Создает резерв для ЧС. Организует и контролирует соблюдение санитарно-гигиенических и противоэпидемических норм, правил асептики и антисептики на подстанции, а также дезинфекцию и стерилизацию изделий. Участвует в подборе, обучении, аттестации и повышении квалификации среднего и младшего персонала. Оценивает их профессиональный уровень, поощряет или привлекает к дисциплинарной ответственности. Обеспечивает выполнение законодательства по охране труда, организует инструктажи по технике безопасности и пожарной безопасности, контролирует выдачу СИЗ. Расследует несчастные случаи и профзаболевания. Взаимодействует с главным врачом, диспетчерской службой, бухгалтерией и другими учреждениями. Ведет строгий учет материальных ценностей, а также организует расследование случаев их утери и порчи.

Образование: Среднее профессиональное медицинское образование (специальность Лечебное дело ), действующий сертификат/аккредитация по профилю Скорая медицинская помощь . Управленческий опыт: Наличие опыта работы на руководящей должности (или в должности старшего фельдшера, заведующего подстанцией) в системе скорой помощи. Знания нормативной базы: Глубокое знание нормативных правовых актов в сфере здравоохранения, основ трудового законодательства, правил охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и санэпидрежима. Организационные навыки: Навыки планирования рабочего времени (составление графиков), ведения табелей учета и оформления официальных документов (акты, справки, заявки). Профессиональные и личные качества: Отличное знание стандартов скорой помощи, фармакологии и принципов работы медоборудования (для контроля качества). Требовательность, стрессоустойчивость, умение организовать коллектив, соблюдение врачебной этики и деонтологии.
