1. Координация работы среднего и младшего медперсонала. 2. Планирование. 3. Контроль: следит за соблюдением трудовой дисциплины, правил внутреннего распорядка, а также за качеством и своевременностью выполнения медицинских манипуляций подчинёнными. 4. Взаимодействие с другими службами учреждения (администрацией, педагогическим составом) для обеспечения условий, способствующих сохранению здоровья обучающихся. 5. Оказание первичной медико-санитарной помощи в экстренной форме приём, оценка состояния, оказание неотложной помощи до прибытия врача. 6. Амбулаторный приём: ведение приёма пациентов, проведение осмотров, выявление состояний, требующих консультации узкого специалиста, и направление на дообследование. 7. Динамическое наблюдение за обучающимися с хроническими заболеваниями или факторами риска (например, за детьми с особенностями развития или склонностью к частым простудам). 8. Проведение профилактических мероприятий беседы о здоровом образе жизни, контроль за соблюдением санитарно-гигиенических норм в помещениях учреждения. Работа с документацией: ведение медицинских карт, журналов учёта, отчётности, своевременное оформление направлений на обследования или консультации.

1. С реднее профессиональное образование по программе подготовки специалистов среднего звена по специальности Лечебное дело . 2. Документ, подтверждающий право на работу. Потребуется сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Лечебное дело . 3. При трудоустройстве нужно пройти обязательный предварительный медицинский осмотр, а в дальнейшем периодические. 4. Отсутствие ограничений. У кандидата не должно быть обстоятельств, которые по закону запрещают заниматься медицинской деятельностью (например, судимость за определённые преступления). 5. Личностные качества. Стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность, ответственность, умение сопереживать, внимательность, организованность и способность быстро принимать решения в нестандартных ситуациях. 6. Профессиональные навыки и знания. Умения проводить физикальное обследование (осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия, аускультация), собирать анамнез, интерпретировать результаты анализов, распознавать угрожающие жизни состояния (включая клиническую смерть), оказывать экстренную помощь (в том числе базовую сердечно-лёгочную реанимацию), вести медицинскую документацию (в том числе электронную), проводить профилактические осмотры, диспансерное наблюдение, санитарно-просветительскую работу. Также важно знание правил асептики и антисептики, принципов работы с медицинскими отходами, норм врачебной этики и правил соблюдения врачебной тайны
