Вакансия компании: ООО Еврохим Условия: График 5/2 Отпуск два раза в год Обязанности: Разработка и реализация коммерческой стратегии по региону в соответствии с целями компании. Выполнение и перевыполнение планов продаж по выручке, марже и количественным показателям. Формирование, мотивация и развитие команды региональных менеджеров/торговых представителей. Поиск и привлечение новых клиентов, развитие отношений с ключевыми текущими клиентами (KAM). Развитие каналов сбыта: подбор дилеров, партнёров, контроль договорных условий и выполнения планов партнёрами. Построение прогнозов продаж, планирование товарных запасов и контроль выполнения KPI. Анализ рынка, мониторинг конкурентов, выявление точек роста и рисков на территории. Контроль дебиторской задолженности и условий кредитования клиентов в рамках полномочий. Работа с CRM: внесение данных по сделкам, контроль воронки продаж, аналитика конверсий. Подготовка коммерческих предложений, участие в тендерах и переговорах на уровне региона. Согласование ценовой политики, условий скидок и специальных предложений совместно с отделом продаж/маркетинга. Взаимодействие с логистикой и складом для обеспечения товарных запасов и своевременной отгрузки. Подготовка еженедельных/ежемесячных отчётов и презентаций для руководства. еженедельные статус‑отчёты по выполнению плана и ключевым сделкам; месячные и квартальные отчёты по продажам, марже, прогнозам и воронке; отчёты по работе с ключевыми клиентами и партнёрами; планы развития территории и предложения по оптимизации каналов продаж. Права Запрашивать у функциональных подразделений (маркетинг, логистика, финансы, продукт) информацию и ресурсы, необходимые для выполнения плана. Вести переговоры и согласовывать коммерческие условия в пределах делегированных полномочий. Предлагать и утверждать акции, скидки и промо‑кампании для региона после согласования с руководством. Формировать кадровые предложения для своей команды (наём, повышение, дисциплинарные меры) в рамках полномочий. Приостанавливать выполнение коммерческих договоров или отгрузок при выявлении существенных рисков (кредитный риск, сомнительная документация) и немедленно информировать руководство.
