оценивает состояние пациента, ставит предварительный диагноз, определяет срочность помощи; оказывает доврачебную экстренную помощь (в т. ч. реанимацию, дефибрилляцию, введение лекарств, остановку кровотечения и др.); обеспечивает проходимость дыхательных путей, при необходимости выполняет экстренные манипуляции (например, коникотомию, пункцию при пневмотораксе); принимает роды, проводит первичную обработку новорождённого; решает вопрос о госпитализации, выбирает медорганизацию, организует транспортировку и ведёт мониторинг состояния пациента в пути; проводит медицинскую сортировку при массовых происшествиях; ведёт учётную документацию, отвечает за учёт и хранение лекарств, обращение с медотходами; проводит санитарно‑просветительскую и противоэпидемическую работу.

Образование. Среднее профессиональное по специальности Лечебное дело + профессиональная переподготовка по Скорой и неотложной помощи . Допуск к работе. Сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по профилю Скорая и неотложная помощь . Медосмотры. Обязательные предварительные (при приёме), периодические и внеочередные. Ограничения. Отсутствие юридических препятствий для занятия профессиональной деятельностью. Навыки и знания. Умение собирать анамнез, оценивать тяжесть состояния, ставить предварительный диагноз, проводить обследования (ЭКГ, пульсоксиметрия, мониторинг жизненных функций), выполнять экстренные манипуляции (реанимация, дефибрилляция, остановка кровотечения), назначать лекарства с учётом противопоказаний, организовывать транспортировку и медицинскую сортировку при массовых происшествиях. Дополнительно. Соблюдение врачебной тайны, принципов медицинской этики, санитарно-эпидемиологических норм (в т.ч. при работе с медотходами), правил оформления документации (в т.ч. электронной). Развитие. Повышение квалификации не реже одного раза в 5 лет
