ЧЕМ ПРЕДСТОИТ ЗАНИМАТЬСЯ: Привлечение новых B2B-клиентов в компанию и развитие их портфеля; Расчет потенциала территории объектов и B2B-клиентов (товарооборот, маржинальность); Выезды к клиентам, посещение объектов строительства; Проведение переговоров с клиентами и поставщиками, заключение договоров; Комплексные продажи и помощь в решении запросов B2B-клиентов. ЧТО МЫ ОЖИДАЕМ: Опыт результативного поиска и привлечения клиентов в полях; Опыт ведения переговоров; Готовность к разъездной работе; Навык работы в CRM-системах. БУДЕТ ЯВЛЯТЬСЯ ВАШИМ ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВОМ: Опыт продаж в B2B-сегменте; Опыт продаж строительных материалов на рынке B2B. РАБОТА У НАС ЭТО: Официальное трудоустройство на позицию «Менеджер по работе с ключевыми клиентами кластера»; График работы 5/2 сб-вс выходные дни, с 8:00 до 17:00 или с 9:00 до 18:00; Совокупный уровень дохода от 100 065 руб/мес. (до вычета налога): Фиксированный оклад от 75 300 руб/мес. (итоговая сумма оклада обсуждается на собеседовании); Компенсация питания 6 000 руб/мес.; Возможность получения премий (по положению о премировании): Компенсация транспортных расходов 15 000 руб/мес.; Ежемесячной премии 5% от оклада 3 765 руб/мес.; Квартальной премии до 25% от квартального дохода; Корпоративное обучение и доступ к базе знаний; Программа развития для каждого сотрудника и возможность карьерного роста; Работа в команде профессионалов; Расширенный социальный пакет: Корпоративная мобильная связь для взаимодействия с клиентами; Стильная форма, комната отдыха, собственный тренажерный зал; ДМС (включая стоматологию), телемедицина и страхование жизни; С каждым годом на выбор сотрудника становится доступно больше дополнительных опций.
