Руководить творческой деятельностью организации, неся ответственность за художественно-творческие результаты. Организовывать работу и взаимодействие артистического и художественного персонала, структурных подразделений художественно-творческой части. Направлять их деятельность на развитие и совершенствование творческо-производственного процесса. Обеспечивать художественное качество репертуара, определять готовность спектаклей и принимать решение об их публичном исполнении. Обеспечивать совместно с директором выполнение организацией обязательств перед зрителями (слушателями), творческими работниками, авторами и исполнителями используемых произведений, а также другими партнёрами по творческой деятельности. Принимать меры по обеспечению организации квалифицированными творческими кадрами, рациональному использованию и развитию их профессиональных знаний и умений. Обеспечивать соблюдение трудовой и творческой дисциплины работников художественно-творческого состава организации.

Особенности работы: Готовность работать в праздничные и выходные дни (не всегда, но периодично)., 2. Требования: Среднее специальное/ высшее профессиональное образование в сфере культуры (при наличии); Умения и навыки работы с детьми и подростками; Умения и навыки публичных выступлений (при наличии). 3. Что нужно делать: Анализ и организация работы творческих любительских коллективов (составление расписания занятий, календарно-тематического планирования совместно с руководителями, утверждение репертуара к концертам, контроль за ведением журнала работы творческих коллективов); Контроль за ведением отчетной документации (муниципальные, квартальные, ежемесячные, еженедельные отчеты); Организация и проведение культурно-массовых и других форм мероприятий для различных групп населения, разработка сценариев; Подготовка и оформление помещений к мероприятиям (при необходимости); Уверенное владение ПК (Word, Excel).
