Осуществляет текущее руководство деятельностью отдела организации лабораторной деятельности (далее-ООЛД) в соответствии с законодательством РФ, правовыми актами Федеральной службы, Уставом Учреждения, Положением о филиале, Положением об ООЛД, Положением об ИЛЦ. Организует работу ООЛД по обеспечению деятельности территориального отдела по осуществлению надзора и контроля при проведении проверок соблюдения и выполнения юридическими лицами, индивидуальными предпринимателями и гражданами требований законодательства РФ в области обеспечения санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия населения и в сфере защиты прав потребителей, правил продажи отдельных видов товаров, выполнения работ и оказания услуг. в части отбора проб и проведения лабораторных исследований (испытаний), измерений. Организует метрологическое обеспечение деятельности лабораторий центра: - метрологический контроль за состоянием и применением средств измерений, аттестованными методиками измерений, соблюдением метрологических норм и правил, нормативных документов по обеспечению единства измерений; Организует учет и актуализацию (регистрация, учет, внесение изменений, дополнений, информации об отмене, замене новыми документами) нормативных и методических документов Роспотребнадзора, Ростехрегулирования, Таможенного (Евразийского союза). Организует и участвует в проведение внутренних аудитов СМК и оформление документов по итогам проведения аудитов СМК ИЛЦ. Осуществляет планирование и организацию проведения межлабораторных сравнительных испытаний (далее МСИ) с официальными провайдерами и обобщение результатов, проведенных МСИ. Организует работу по предоставлению необходимых сведений в Федеральную службу по аккредитации посредством федеральной государственной информационной системы в области аккредитации (далее ФГИС Росаккредитации) в соответствии с требованиями нормативных и распорядительных документов Министерства экономического развития Российской Федерации и Росаккредитации. Организует подготовку ИЛЦ к расширению области аккредитации, к процедуре подтверждения компетентности в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 28.12.2013 г. № 412-ФЗ "Об аккредитации в национальной системе аккредитации." и пр.

В/обр. - "Медико-профилактическое дело". Подготовка в ординатуре по специальности "Общая гигиена" (профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Общая гигиена"). Аккредитация по специальности, стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет.
