Организовывать и обеспечивать работу по лабораторному обеспечению деятельности Управления Роспотребнадзора по Чувашской Республике Чувашии. Обеспечивать выполнение государственного задания, сформированного Управлением Роспотребнадзора по Чувашской Республике - Чувашии и утвержденного Федеральной службой по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека. Обеспечивать выполнение Планов работы Центра. Организовывать работу в модулях ЕАИС Роспотребнадзора по лабораторной деятельности и статотчетности. Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением требований документации СМК, принятой в ИЛЦ, поддержанием ее функционирования в лабораторных подразделениях в соответствии с требованиями ГОСТ ISO/IEC 17025-2019, критериев аккредитации. Участвовать в разработке, внедрении документов СМК ИЛЦ, вести учет документации СМК ИЛЦ. Организовывать проведение лабораторных исследований для целей санитарно-эпидемиологического контроля (надзора), в том числе для целей социально-гигиенического мониторинга, для целей осуществления медицинской деятельности, по заявкам юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей в строгом соответствии с требованиями НД на методы контроля, областью аккредитации испытательного лабораторного центра (ИЛЦ), допусками к средствам измерений, к методикам испытаний. Контролировать качество проведения испытаний, исследований, измерений в лабораторных подразделениях филиала, организует участие и проведение лабораторных испытаний в рамках межлабораторных сравнительных испытаний (МСИ), проводимых официальными провайдерами в Российской Федерации, во внешнем контроле качества лабораторных исследований. Анализировать причины, приведшие к ухудшению качества испытаний, принимает участие в разработке планов корректирующих действий и обеспечивает проведение мероприятий по устранению причин. Проводить санитарно-гигиенические лабораторные исследования, измерения физических факторов и пр.

В/обр. - "Медико-профилактическое дело". Подготовка в ординатуре по специальности "Общая гигиена" (профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Общая гигиена"). Аккредитация по специальности, стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет.
