The posting

Разработка, внедрение и контроль функционирования системы управления охраной труда (СУОТ) с учетом специфики стационарного социального учреждения. Организация обучения по охране труда, пожарной безопасности, электробезопасности и оказанию первой помощи для всех категорий сотрудников (от медицинских работников до технического персонала). С 31 августа 2026 года проверка знаний должна включать обязательную оценку практических навыков (умений), а не только теории. Проведение вводных, первичных, повторных, внеплановых и целевых инструктажей. Контроль своевременного прохождения сотрудниками программ Б и В (в зависимости от вида проводимых инструктажей). Организация проведения специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ) и оценки профессиональных рисков (ОПР). Расследование и учет несчастных случаев на производстве, микротравм и профессиональных заболеваний. Ведение электронного учета микротравм согласно новым требованиям законодательства. Контроль за обеспечением, правильным применением и хранением средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ). При обновлении норм выдачи СИЗ или изменении программы обучения организация внепланового обучения сотрудников в течение 60 календарных дней. Участие в работе комиссий по приемке оборудования, зданий и сооружений в эксплуатацию. Подготовка отчетности, взаимодействие с Государственной инспекцией труда (ГИТ), прокуратурой и Социальным фондом России (СФР). Работа в системах электронного документооборота по охране труда.

Высшее образование (профильное: Техносферная безопасность или смежное техническое). Наличие действующего протокола проверки знаний по охране труда. Опыт работы специалистом по охране труда от 3 лет, желательно в социальной сфере, медицине или учреждениях здравоохранения . Знание специфики ухода за маломобильными группами населения обязательно. Глубокое знание ТК РФ, нормативных актов Минтруда РФ, правил противопожарного режима. Уверенный пользователь ПК (Word, Excel, правовые системы КонсультантПлюс / Гарант ). Ответственность, системный подход, умение работать с большим объемом документации и находить общий язык как с персоналом, так и с проверяющими органами.
