- определять потребность университета в финансовых ресурсах, выполняя расчеты материальных и финансовых затрат университета из федерального бюджета в разрезе предметных статей по всем кодам бюджетной классификации на год с помесячной (квартальной) разбивкой и детализацией; - производить расчеты по определению объемов поступления средств по приносящей доход деятельности с указанием источников образования доходов; - составлять сметы доходов и расходов по средствам, полученным от предпринимательской и иной приносящей доход деятельности в соответствии с требованиями, утвержденными Минздравом России; - составлять штатные расписания в соответствии с учебно-производственным планом университета, квалификационными требованиями, действующими нормативами; - обеспечивать правильность применения форм и систем заработной платы, установления наименований профессий и должностей в соответствии с квалификационными справочниками специальностей и должностей; - осуществлять контроль за соблюдением штатной дисциплины, за правильным установлением окладов, доплат и надбавок к заработной плате, а также за соблюдением трудового законодательства; - определять размеры государственной академической и социальной стипендии студентам, ординаторам, аспирантам, магистрантам; - осуществлять экономический анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности университета; - составлять ежемесячные, квартальные и годовые формы отчетности, утвержденные вышестоящими органами, и другую периодическую и разовую отчетность с последующим предоставлением в адрес Минздрава России и статистические органы в установленные сроки; - осуществлять контроль финансово-хозяйственной деятельности университета по всем разделам, в том числе по средствам визирования внутренних локальных документов; - осуществлять мониторинг по всем направлениям деятельности (эффективности системы оплаты труда, стоимости образовательных услуг, своевременности предоставления отчетности)

- высшее профессиональное образование (экономическое, финансово-экономическое); - опыт работы по специальности от 5 лет, желательно в образовательных или бюджетных организациях; - отличное знание бюджетного и финансового законодательства РФ; - уверенное владение Excel, ГС Электронный бюджет, 1С Предприятие; - аналитический склад ума, внимательность к деталям, умение работать с большими объемами информации
