Планирование и организация работы. Разрабатывает и утверждает текущие и перспективные планы, определяет целевые показатели для организации и сотрудников. Координирует работу структурных подразделений, чтобы все двигались к общим целям, выполняли государственное задание и поручения руководства. Контроль. Следит, как выполняются планы и программы. Проводит проверки качества обслуживания, анализирует результативность подразделений. При выявлении отклонений организует корректирующие действия. Также контролирует соблюдение законодательства (федеральных и региональных норм, приказов директора) и внутренних регламентов. Работа с качеством услуг. Организует мониторинг удовлетворённости получателей услуг. Создаёт условия для независимой оценки качества услуг. Может возглавлять комиссию по внутреннему контролю качества. Взаимодействие с людьми. Ведёт личный приём, консультирует граждан по вопросам получения услуг. Организует работу с обращениями, жалобами и заявлениями. Участвует в социальном сопровождении помогает координировать помощь (медицинскую, психологическую, юридическую). Документооборот и отчётность. Готовит проекты планов и программ, предложения для вышестоящих органов. Представляет отчётность в установленные сроки. Организует размещение информации об услугах на сайте учреждения, обеспечивая информационную открытость. Поддерживает актуальные сведения в реестрах поставщиков социальных услуг. Работа с персоналом. Участвует в профессиональном развитии сотрудников, организует обучение. Может вносить предложения о поощрении работников. Контролирует соблюдение трудовой дисциплины. Внешние связи. Устанавливает и поддерживает партнёрство с государственными органами, общественными, религиозными и негосударственными организациями. Цель повысить эффективность услуг, привлечь благотворительную помощь.
