Организовывать, распределять и контролировать работу сотрудников редакции по своевременной и качественной подготовке эфира. Принимает меры по предупреждению или устранению нарушений графиков подготовки телепрограммы к эфиру. Поддерживать постоянные контакты с органами власти, пресс-службами, службами быстрого реагирования и прочими. Участвовать в подготовке предложений о создании информационных материалов (сюжетов, репортажей, обзоров, других материалов) по определенной тематике. Подготавливать материал для монтажа анонсов и участвовать в монтаже роликов. Участвовать в разработке творческой концепции продвижения программ учреждения и оформлении эфира. Бережно относится к имуществу работодателя и других работников. Выполняет правила трудового распорядка, принятые в Учреждении. В случае необходимости шеф-редактор может привлекаться к выполнению своих обязанностей сверхурочно, по решению руководителя Учреждения, в порядке, предусмотренном законодательством о труде. Обеспечивать конфиденциальность всей доступной ему информации. Соблюдать установленные правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, трудовой дисциплины и порядок работы со служебной информацией. Соблюдать требования по охране труда и обеспечению безопасности труда. Бережно относиться к имуществу учреждения. Поддерживать уровень квалификации, достаточный для исполнения должностных обязанностей. Соблюдать ограничения, запреты и требования по предотвращению и (или) урегулированию конфликта интересов при исполнении должностных обязанностей. Исполнять иные обязанности в соответствии с не противоречащими законодательству РФ поручениями директора учреждения.
