Формировать и поддерживать эфирную сетку: рубрики, новости, интервью, музыкальные и развлекательные блоки. Разрабатывать стандарты ключевых форматов, контролировать соблюдение хронометража и качество эфира. Планировать работу редакторов, распределять задачи и контролировать сроки. Организовать понятный производственный процесс: кто, что, когда и в каком формате готовит. Развивать интервью: темы, гости, подготовка, запись и дальнейшее использование материалов в новостях, соцсетях и на других площадках. Выстраивать взаимодействие радио с новостной службой, телевидением и производственными подразделениями. Проводить регулярный контроль качества эфира и разбор ошибок. Развивать рубрики, спецпроекты, подкасты и другие форматы. Работать с KPI редакции и регулярно оценивать результат по срокам, качеству и выполнению планов.

Опыт работы на радио или в профессиональной медиаредакции. Опыт руководства редакцией, журналистами, ведущими, продюсерами или медиапроектами. Понимание устройства радиоэфира и музыкального программирования. Сильные редакторские навыки и умение работать с новостями и интервью. Умение управлять людьми: ставить задачи, контролировать выполнение и давать обратную связь. Навыки планирования, работы с дедлайнами и несколькими параллельными проектами. Самостоятельность и готовность отвечать за результат направления.
