Ищем внимательных, ответственных и мотивированных людей в команду на позицию Менеджера по подбору персонала. Что нужно делать: Консультировать кандидатов в чатах по вопросам вакансий и дальнейшего сотрудничества. Проводить первичное собеседование и оценивать мотивацию кандидатов. Подбирать подходящих кандидатов под открытые позиции. Вести коммуникацию по готовым шаблонам и скриптам. Работать с кандидатами и отслеживать результаты в личном кабинете. Анализировать статистику и эффективность привлечения кандидатов. Звонки осуществляются в зависимости от выбранного проекта и позиции. Что мы предлагаем: Доход 70 000–130 000 ₽ Оплата зависит от количества успешно привлечённых кандидатов, выполнивших целевое действие. Ваш результат напрямую влияет на доход. Гибкий график от 2–4 часов в день. Вы самостоятельно планируете рабочее время. Полностью удалённая работа. Можно работать из любой точки мира, где есть стабильный интернет. Обучение с нуля. Предоставляем необходимые материалы, инструкции, видео и готовые рабочие инструменты. Опыт в подборе персонала не требуется. Личный кабинет.
