В целях реализации задач и функций, возложенных на отдел нормативного и методологического обеспечения государственной регистрации юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей Управления регистрации и учета налогоплательщиков (далее – отдел, Управление) Федеральной налоговой службы, специалист обязан: участвовать в разработке проектов нормативных правовых актов по вопросам государственной регистрации юридических лиц (в том числе государственной регистрации отдельных видов юридических лиц, для которых законодательством установлен специальный порядок регистрации), индивидуальных предпринимателей и крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств; участвовать в разработке проектов методических рекомендаций, разъяснений для налоговых органов по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции отдела, в части государственной регистрации юридических лиц, индивидуальных предпринимателей и крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств; участвовать в разработке форм отчетности о работе налоговых органов по государственной регистрации юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей; организовывать взаимодействие с Минюстом России (его территориальными органами) и Банком России (его территориальными учреждениями) по вопросам государственной регистрации юридических лиц, для которых законодательством установлен специальный порядок регистрации; участвовать в организации взаимодействия с органами, обязанными представлять сведения в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 8 августа 2001 г. № 129-ФЗ «О государственной регистрации юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей»; осуществлять подготовку заключений по жалобам заинтересованных лиц на акты ненормативного характера налоговых органов, на действия (бездействие) должностных лиц налоговых органов по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела; осуществлять рассмотрение обращений заинтересованных лиц по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела; осуществлять подготовку заключений по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции отдела, по запросам структурных подразделений центрального аппарата Федеральной налоговой службы; обеспечивать исполнение законодательства и нормативных правовых актов по противодействию коррупции, соблюдению государственными гражданскими служащими запретов, ограничений, обязательств и правил служебного поведения; вести в установленном порядке делопроизводство и хранение документов отдела; принимать участие в обеспечении мобилизационной подготовки центрального аппарата и территориальных налоговых органов в военное время и в условиях военного и чрезвычайного положения; выполнять предусмотренные законодательством Российской Федерации мероприятия по вопросам поддержания готовности к ведению гражданской обороны; принимать участие в осуществлении иных функций по поручению руководства Федеральной налоговой службы в соответствии с действующим законодательством; осуществлять обработку персональных данных
