Разработка годовых, квартальных, месячных и оперативных планов-графиков транспортных перевозок на основе планов получения материалов, сырья и отгрузки готовой продукции. - Организация и внедрение централизованных межорганизационных и внутриорганизационных перевозок. - Определение потребности и производство расчетов на организацию транспортных средств, погрузочно-разгрузочного оборудования, ремонтного оборудования, запасных частей. - Обеспечение контроля за рациональным использованием транспортных средств в соответствии с установленными нормами их грузоподъемности и вместимости. - Организация справочно-информационной работы в отделе о прибывающих и отправляемых грузах, сроках доставки, условиях перевозки и других вопросах перевозочных, погрузочно-разгрузочных и коммерческих операций. - Обеспечение исправного содержания мест производства погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, авто подъездов, весовых приборов и других средств контроля. - Контроль соблюдения работниками участка производственной и трудовой дисциплины, выполнение ими должностных инструкций, правил и норм по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности.

Знание законов и иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, методических и нормативных документов по вопросам эксплуатации, ремонта, технического содержания автомобилей, дорожно-строительных машин и механизмов; - Знание основ проектирования автохозяйств, железнодорожных и авторемонтных цехов; положение о техническом обслуживании и текущем ремонте автомобилей, дорожно-строительных машин и механизмов; - Знание правил дорожного движения; порядка заключения и исполнения договоров на эксплуатацию железнодорожных подъездных путей, железнодорожные и автомобильные перевозки, условия аренды автомобилей, дорожно-строительных машин и механизмов, перевозки грузов сторонними организациями; - Знание устройства и конструктивных особенностей автомобилей, дорожно-строительных машин и механизмов, погрузочно-разгрузочной техники; порядка ведения учета и отчетности организации;
