The posting

3.1. Курирует дошкольные образовательные организации, учреждения дополнительного образования и МКУ Информационно- методический центр работников образования. 3.2. Финансирует курируемые учреждения согласно заявок с ЦБ, приказов (меры соц. поддержки). 3.3. Ежемесячно подготавливает оперативную информацию по оплате труда по курируемым учреждениям. 3.4. Делает штатные расписания и тарификационные списки по курируемым цчреждениям ежегодно на 1-е января и 1-е сентября с приложением (пакет документов), необходимых для тарификации педагогических работников. 3.5. В течении учебного года вносит изменения тарификации педагогических работников дошкольных и дополнительного образования образовательных организаций. 3.6. Вносит изменения в штатные расписания при изменении положения по оплате труда и увеличения МРОТ. 3.7. Ежемесячно анализирует расходование средств согласно планам финансовой хозяйственной деятельности по курируемым организации. 3.8. Ежемесячно анализирует расходования средств согласно сметы расходов по курируемым организациям. 3.9. В программе КРИСТА и 1-С бухгалтерия доводит финансирование по курируюмым учреждениям с выгрузкой в программу СУФД. 3.10. Составляет соглашение о предоставлении субсидий на финансовое обеспечение выполнения муниципального задания на оказание муниципальных услуги, изменения к нему(дополнительное соглашение). 3.11. Составляет соглашение о предоставлении субсидий наиные цели, изменения к нему (дополнительное соглашение). 3.12. Подготавливает периодическую отчетность по курируемым учреждениям в установленные сроки. 3.13. Делает сведения об операциях с целевыми субсидиями и в течении года все изменения к ним по курируемым учреждениям. 3.14. По мере поступления средств муниципального и краевого бюджета доводит средства по курируемым учреждениям. 3.15. Делает планы финансово- хозяйственной деятельности и в течение года вносит все изменения по курируемым учреждениям. 3.16. Ежемесячно подает заявку на финансирование местного бюджета по всем образовательным учреждениям в финансовое управление 3.17 Осуществлять подготовку документов для передачи в архив. 3.18. Выполняет разовые поручения начальника управления образования, начальника отдела-главного экономиста.
