Планировать закупки: формировать и вести план‑график, обосновывать закупки, рассчитывать НМЦК, анализировать рыночные цены. Готовить закупочную документацию: описывать объект закупки, формулировать требования к участникам, составлять проекты контрактов, размещать извещения и документы в ЕИС. Организовывать закупочные процедуры: выбирать способ закупки, обеспечивать работу комиссий, принимать и проверять заявки и банковские гарантии, оформлять протоколы, при необходимости проводить общественное обсуждение. Сопровождать контракты: подписывать договоры с победителями, контролировать исполнение обязательств, фиксировать нарушения, готовить материалы для претензионной работы, инициировать изменения или расторжение контракта, оформлять приёмку и обеспечивать оплату. Вести отчётность и реестры: формировать отчёты по договорам, вести реестр, публиковать сведения об исполнении/изменении/расторжении контрактов в ЕИС, размещать данные в АЦК Муниципальный заказ . Обеспечивать соблюдение законодательства: контролировать соответствие требованиям 44‑ФЗ, проверять отсутствие конфликта интересов, соблюдать конфиденциальность и нормы деловой этики. Взаимодействовать с подразделениями: согласовывать потребности с администрацией, координировать финансирование с бухгалтерией, готовить материалы для проверок и взаимодействовать с контролирующими органами.

Знание и умение работать в программах: BUS.GOV.ru; ЕБП; ЕИС; электронный бюджет.
