Координация деятельности отдела: общее руководство административно-правовым отделом, распределение задач, визирование, согласование документов и обеспечение взаимозаменяемости сотрудников. Договорная и экспертная работа: личная экспертиза и оформление договоров, контрактов, технических заданий, протоколов разногласий и подготовка правовых заключений. Контроль законности: проверка соответствия действующему законодательству внутренних документов учреждения, представляемых на подпись Директору (приказы, распоряжения, положения). Общее руководство и контроль вопросов безопасности, гражданской обороны, чрезвычайных ситуаций, а также охраны труда и пожарной безопасности в учреждении. Курирование инфраструктурных проектов: контроль процессов текущего и капитального ремонта, строительства и реконструкции объектов недвижимости учреждения. Организация закупочной деятельности для нужд Учреждения в рамках 223-ФЗ. Взаимодействие с ведомствами: поддержка взаимодействия с ресурсоснабжающими компаниями, правоохранительными органами, МЧС, исполнительными структурами, госорганами и иными организациями. Судебный блок: организация претензионной работы и контроля участия штатного юриста в судебных разбирательствах, защита интересов Учреждения. Консультирование: полноценное юридическое сопровождение деятельности учреждения, оперативные правовые консультации сотрудникам и руководству.

Трудоустройство осуществляется по срочному трудовому договору на период отсутствия основного работника. Опыт работы: от 5 лет по юридической специальности, из которых не менее 2 лет на руководящей должности (или в качестве единственного/ведущего юриста с функцией координации процессов) в государственном секторе (ГАУ, ГБУ, казенные учреждения). Профессиональные знания: экспертное знание гражданского, трудового и бюджетного права; понимание основ контрактной системы (44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ), стандартов ГО, ЧС, охраны труда и эксплуатации недвижимости для эффективного контроля подчиненных. Специальная подготовка: наличие действующего удостоверения или диплома о повышении квалификации/профпереподготовки по 44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ. Личные качества (ключевые навыки): развитые управленческие и лидерские навыки, системное мышление, высокая ответственность за финансово-правовые риски учреждения, стрессоустойчивость.
