Организация и планирование учебного процесса составление и корректировка учебных планов по образовательным программам (в соответствии с ГОС, ФГОС и т. д.); разработка графиков учебного процесса и внесение в них изменений (при необходимости); составление учебного расписания и контроль его выполнения; планирование мероприятий при подготовке к новому учебному году; учёт численности и движения контингента обучающихся (приём, перевод, отчисление). Контроль и анализ контроль выполнения учебных планов и программ; мониторинг новых тенденций в сфере образования, изменений в ФГОС, норм времени и форм организации учебного процесса; анализ результатов экзаменационных сессий и работы государственных аттестационных комиссий (ГАК); контроль за выполнением индивидуальных планов преподавателей и учётом учебной нагрузки профессорско‑преподавательского состава (ППС); проверка готовности кафедр, факультетов и отделений к проведению занятий; контроль качества учебно‑воспитательного процесса и объективности оценки результатов обучения; оперативный контроль исполнения приказов, распоряжений и планов мероприятий по учебно‑воспитательному процессу. Документация и отчётность подготовка проектов приказов и распоряжений по вопросам учебной работы; составление планов и отчётов работы учебного отдела (в т. ч. статистических например, ВПО‑1 и СПО‑1); обеспечение подразделений инструктивно‑нормативной документацией по организации учебной работы и контроль правильности её оформления; предоставление в бухгалтерию отчётов по выполнению учебной нагрузки ППС (в т. ч. почасовой оплаты); ведение и учёт учебной и методической работы преподавателей (по индивидуальным планам); оформление и учёт выдачи дипломов, личных дел студентов и других документов. Координация и взаимодействие координация работы сотрудников учебного отдела, преподавателей, воспитателей и других педагогических работников; взаимодействие с деканатами, заведующими кафедрами, научными сотрудниками и другими подразделениями по вопросам учебного процесса; сотрудничество с бухгалтерией по вопросам тарификации и отчётности; организация работы методических объединений и повышение квалификации педагогических кадров; информирование подразделений о новых положениях, инструкциях и материалах по учебной работе. Административно‑организационные задачи участие в подборе и расстановке педагогических кадров; организация подготовки и проведения экзаменов, аттестаций; планирование использования учебных помещений и улучшение технической оснащённости аудиторий и лабораторий; обеспечение соблюдения норм и правил техники безопасности во время учебного процесса; организация просветительской работы с родителями (в школах) и взаимодействие с законными представителями обучающихся.
