Заведующий учебным отделом обязан: разрабатывать и обновлять учебные планы и материалы программ; координировать работу педагогов: ставить задачи, распределять нагрузку, контролировать сроки; помогать педагогам осваивать новые методики и инструменты, при необходимости организовывать их обучение. уверенно пользоваться ПК и офисной техникой; работать в офисных программах: Word для подготовки документов, инструкций, отчётов; Excel для учёта данных, составления графиков, анализа статистики; PowerPoint/Google Slides для создания презентаций и методических материалов; использовать облачные сервисы (Яндекс Диск, Google Диск) для хранения и совместного редактирования файлов; пользоваться электронной почтой и мессенджером для оперативной связи; искать и проверять информацию в интернете, работать с образовательными платформами и базами данных; обеспечивать информационную безопасность: защищать персональные данные, соблюдать требования 152‑ФЗ, работать с электронной подписью (при необходимости). обновлять контент на сайте: размещать описания программ, расписание занятий, новости и анонсы мероприятий; публиковать результаты учащихся, фотоотчёты, методические материалы (в т. ч. в закрытых разделах); управлять разделами сайта, связанными с программой (учебные модули, онлайн‑курсы, тесты); настраивать и публиковать онлайн‑мероприятия: вебинары, трансляции, консультации; следить, чтобы сайт соответствовал требованиям доступности (в т. ч. для людей с ОВЗ) и актуальным нормам законодательства.

Высшее образование, соответствующее профилю деятельности учреждения (педагогическое, профильное по направлению программ дополнительного образования). Либо высшее образование (непрофильное) + программа профессиональной переподготовки по профилю деятельности. Рекомендуется регулярное повышение квалификации (программы повышения квалификации не реже 1 раза в 3 года). Профессиональные знания: Законодательство в сфере образования. Приоритетные направления развития системы образования. Локальные нормативные акты учреждения (устав, положения, приказы). Теория и методы управления образовательными системами. Основы педагогики, психологии, возрастной физиологии. Современные педагогические технологии и методики дополнительного образования. Правила охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и санитарно‑гигиенические нормы. Требования к защите персональных данных. Уверенное владение ПК и офисной техникой. Работа в офисных программах. Личностные качества и умения: Лидерские и организаторские способности. Умение планировать и расставлять приоритеты. Коммуникабельность, навыки взаимодействия с педагогами, обучающимися и родителями. Способность разрешать конфликты и находить компромиссы. Ответственность и внимательность к деталям. Гибкость и готовность осваивать новые технологии и методики. Аналитическое мышление умение оценивать результаты работы и предлагать улучшения.
