The posting

- вести заказ от первого запроса - Работа с клиентами и заказами - Выступать в роли контактного лица для закрепленной группы клиентов; - Помогать клиентам формировать заказы, уточнять потребности и технические - Оформлять заказы и просчитывать необходимое количество комплектующих для их выполнения, оформлять сопроводительные документы к заказам; - Контролировать сроки выполнения заказов. -Работа с номенклатурой и 1С - Вести номенклатуру в 1С: добавлять новые позиции, актуализировать характеристики и - Создавать и корректировать Ресурсные спецификации для передачи данных на производство; - Передавать сформированные заказы на производство и согласовывать сроки изготовления; - Оперативно решать возникающие проблемы (нехватка комплектующих, ошибки в спецификациях, вопросы отгрузки и прочее); - Контролировать отгрузку готовой продукции клиенту. - Вести первичную документацию (счета, УПД, накладные); - Формировать отчеты по статусам заказов и загрузке производства. Требования к кандидату - Опыт работы в продажах (без холодных продаж работа с текущими клиентами); - Уверенное владение 1С.ERP (ведение номенклатуры, формирование заказов, работа со спецификациями); - Умение просчитывать потребность в комплектующих для выполнения заказа; Мы ищем кандидата, который обладает следующими качествами: Коммуникабельность умение договариваться и с клиентом, и с производством. Аналитическое мышление любовь к цифрам и порядку. Приоритизация способность выделять главное и не терять фокус в потоке задач. Гибкость мышления готовность быстро перестраиваться под меняющиеся вводные. Ответственность и самостоятельность умение доводить задачи до конца без постоянного контроля
