The posting

Осуществляет сбор жалоб, анамнеза у пациентов (их законных представителей) с заболеваниями и/или состояниями глаза, его придаточного аппарата и орбиты . Проводит осмотр и физикальное обследование пациентов с использованием стандартных и дополнительных методов: визометрии, биомикроскопии, офтальмоскопии, тонометрии, периметрии, рефрактометрии и других . Формулирует предварительный диагноз и составляет план лабораторных и инструментальных обследований . Направляет пациентов на инструментальное, лабораторное обследование и консультации к врачам-специалистам в соответствии с действующим порядком оказания медицинской помощи . Интерпретирует и анализирует результаты комплексного обследования, устанавливает диагноз с учетом действующей МКБ Назначает и контролирует лечение пациентов с заболеваниями и/или состояниями глаза в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами медицинской помощи . Выполняет перечень работ и услуг для лечения заболевания, оценки состояния больного и клинической ситуации . Оказывает медицинскую помощь в экстренной форме при состояниях, представляющих угрозу жизни пациентов, включая клиническую смерть, Проводит профилактические медицинские осмотры и диспансеризацию населения с целью раннего выявления офтальмологической патологии и факторов риска . Осуществляет диспансерное наблюдение за пациентами с выявленными хроническими заболеваниями глаза . Проводит санитарно-просветительную работу по формированию здорового образа жизни и профилактике заболеваний органа зрения Проводит экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности пациентов с заболеваниями глаза, в том числе в составе врачебной комиссии . Направляет пациентов с признаками стойкой утраты трудоспособности для освидетельствования на медико-социальную экспертизу . Оформляет и ведет медицинскую документацию установленного образца, в том числе в электронном виде . Составляет план работы и отчет о своей работе.

Периодическая аккредитация: Проводится раз в 5 лет . Экзамен не сдается; оценивается портфолио, включая отчет о профессиональной деятельности и набранные часы НМО (не менее 144 часов за 5 лет) . Непрерывное медицинское образование (НМО): Регулярное участие в образовательных мероприятиях, конференциях и повышение квалификации . Соблюдение врачебной тайны . Соблюдение принципов врачебной этики и деонтологии во взаимодействии с пациентами и коллегами . Знание и соблюдение нормативных правовых актов РФ в сфере здравоохранения, включая порядки оказания медицинской помощи
