1. Работа с заявками Уточняет требования к кандидатам с руководителями (бригадирами, управляющими). Составляет профили должностей с учётом специфики (права категории D/E для механизаторов, опыт доения, санитарные допуски). Планирует массовый подбор (доярки, скотники, механизаторы) в сжатые сроки. 2. Поиск кандидатов Размещает вакансии на Avito, HeadHunter, в местных газетах, на радио, расклеивает объявления в сёлах. Сотрудничает с сельскими администрациями, центрами занятости, аграрными колледжами и вузами. Ведёт реферальные программы (сотрудники приводят знакомых за вознаграждение). Ищет редких специалистов (агрономы, зоотехники, ветеринары) через профильные сообщества, Telegram-каналы, вузы. Взаимодействует с кадровыми агентствами. 3. Отбор и оценка Проводит телефонные интервью: готовность работать в селе, наличие жилья, физическая выносливость. Проверяет профнавыки: права и опыт на конкретной технике, знание технологий доения/кормления, дипломы. Собирает рекомендации с прошлых мест работы. Организует собеседования с руководителями. Проверяет кандидатов через службу безопасности. 4. Найм и адаптация Оформляет документы (медкнижки, допуски, трудовые договоры). Решает вопросы проживания (общежитие, аренда). Организует инструктаж по технике безопасности. Сопровождает в период испытательного срока, снижает текучесть. 5. Аналитика Ведёт базу кандидатов и кадровый резерв. Мониторит зарплаты в регионе, действия конкурентов. Отчитывается руководству по статусу вакансий и эффективности источников. Формирует HR-бренд (жильё, спецодежда, соцгарантии).

Знание специфики АПК, ТК РФ, охраны труда; навыки массового подбора и холодных звонков; стрессоустойчивость. Ответственность: своевременное закрытие вакансий, качество подбора, снижение текучести, конфиденциальность данных.
