- составляет (оформляет) первичные документы в сроки, установленные графиком документооборота; - принимает и отражает в учете первичные документы, оформленные ответственными лицами в установленные Графиком документооборота сроки, без выполнения работ по созданию таких документов за указанных лиц; - обеспечивает контроль за соответствием первичных документов и регистров учета, сформированных ответственными лицами, порядку их заполнения согласно действующему законодательству; - систематизирует первичные документы текущего отчетного периода в соответствии с учетной политикой учреждения; - составляет на основе первичных документов сводные учетные документы; - подготавливает бумажные первичные документы для передачи в архив; - делает копии первичных документов, в том числе в случае их изъятия уполномоченными органами в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации; - обеспечивает данными для проведения инвентаризации активов и обязательств учреждения в соответствии с учетной политикой. - ведет денежное измерение объектов бухгалтерского учета и оформляет соответствующие бухгалтерские записи; - регистрирует в регистрах бухгалтерского учета данные, содержащиеся в первичных учетных документах; - отражает в бухгалтерском учете результаты переоценки нефинансовых активов, пересчета в рубли выраженной в иностранной валюте стоимости активов и обязательств; - составляет отчетные калькуляции, начисляет амортизацию активов в соответствии с учетной политикой учреждения; - сопоставляет результаты инвентаризации нефинансовых активов с данными регистров бухгалтерского учета и составляет сличительные ведомости. - подсчитывает в регистрах бухгалтерского учета итоги и остатки по счетам синтетического и аналитического учета, закрывает обороты по счетам бухгалтерского учета; - контролирует тождество данных аналитического учета оборотам и остаткам по счетам синтетического учета; - готовит информацию для составления оборотно-сальдовой ведомости, главной книги; - готовит пояснения, подбирает необходимые документы для внутреннего контроля, для ревизий, налоговых и других проверок; - представляет регистры бухгалтерского учета для их изъятия уполномоченными органами в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации; - систематизирует и комплектует регистры бухгалтерского учета за отчетный период; - передает бумажные регистры бухгалтерского учета в архив; - готовит и представляет по требованию уполномоченных органов копии регистров бухгалтерского учета; - отражает в бухгалтерском учете выявленные расхождения между фактическим наличием объектов и данными регистров бухгалтерского учета. - участвует в проведении инвентаризации основных средств и материальных запасов учреждения. - выполняет иные поручения, приказы и распоряжения непосредственного руководителя или директора, связанные с деятельностью отдела и учреждения в целом.
