- организация и ведение бухгалтерского и налогового учета в БЮДЖЕТНОМ учреждении; - формирование учетной политики в соответствии с законодательством о бухгалтерском учете; - подготовка и своевременное представление достоверной бухгалтерской, налоговой, статистической и управленческой отчетности в бюджетном учреждении; - обеспечение внутреннего контроля ведения бухгалтерского учета по всем участкам, соблюдения финансовой и кассовой дисциплины, контроль за расчетами с дебиторами и кредиторами; - организация и контроль проведения инвентаризаций; - участие в составлении плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности БЮДЖЕТНОГО учреждения; - руководство работой подчиненных (3 чел.), их обучение и распределение нагрузки; - взаимодействие с контролирующими органами; - консультирование руководства по финансовым и налоговым вопросам; - формирование и своевременное представление отчетности учредителю бюджетного учреждения.

- высшее профильное образование; - знание бюджетного и финансового законодательства: Бюджетный кодекс РФ, Налоговый кодекс РФ, ФЗ "О бухгалтерском учете", КоАП РФ; - умение использовать инструкции по применению плана счетов бюджетного учета, знания порядка формирования и учета государственного задания; - свободное владение программами 1С: Бухгалтерия государственного учреждения 8.3, 1С:Зарплата и кадры бюджетного учреждения 8.3, системами для сдачи электронной отчетности, АС "Смета" (желательно); - опыт работы главный бухгалтером в бюджетном учреждении от 3 лет; - умение работать с бюджетными и коммерческими счетами; - аналитический склад ума, внимательность, исполнительность, ответственность, коммуникабельность; - умение работать в режиме многозадачности.
